PRE-CONSTRUCTION

At Ordner Construction we believe that the pre-construction phase is one of the most important aspects of a project. It is at this time that important decisions such as project design, budgets, and schedules are made. By placing emphasis on schedule and budget we ensure that a client's goals will be met. 

With value engineering, we are able to design a structure to meet the client's needs and budget. This greatly reduces the risk of costly change orders and running over the completion date.

SITE EVALUATION

One of Ordner Construction's biggest assets is our relationships with industry professionals. Project site evaluations are a prime example of how these relationships work for us, and in turn, for our clients. Because of our strong partnerships with a number of civil engineering firms and testing laboratories we are able to perform complete and thorough site evaluations and give our clients a complete detailed report of the site in consideration.
